Definitely need to consider playing over 2 weekends. Thinking/Presuming that a larger entry would be the result
Combining of age groups not ideal. One participant in our age group only had one singles match the whole tournament. Not fair.
Could really start earlier in the day. Rather take a breather in the middle of the day. VERY HOT

This time of the year work-wise is quite busy for everyone. I would suggest that you try and run this tournament over 2 weekends which may result in a bigger entry.

Officials shouldn't have allowed Social tennis to be played during the tournament. If we had big draws this was going to be a disaster.I didn't play enough tennis in singles and this was no value for my money.Officials should look at having this tournament on weekends only,so to increase the participation.

The draws are fairly small. There are a lot of better plays out there that aren't entering who would make the draws bigger and better.

The field for this tournament was a bit small but enjoyed the round robin as a result.

Very well run tournament and pleasant atmosphere. Why didn't we get a pair of socks or towel or anything as souvernier?

Thanks guys for the tournament. Overall the vibe was great and people were really friendly and helpful. For me the level was high (I didn't win the singles!!) and will return to play this tournament again.

Organisation excellent ... only one perennial complaint is why the draw is done so late ... always makes it difficult and sometimes very expensive for 'out of town' participants. This is a complaint I hear at every tournament wherever it may be.
In this case those involved with the tournament did a superb job .. cannot fault a thing.

Firstly, please consider hosting tournament over 2 weekends to boost participation numbers. . This tournament comes after IPT and the International tournaments. Most people have used up quite a bit of leave at this stage and are saving leave for December to spend time with family. Case in point: the ladies draw combined 45, 50 and 55 age groups but was still not enough to make a decent 16 monrad draw. Half of the draw were Byes. Secondly, matches were not going on court fast enough. Sometimes courts were open for up to 20min at a time. This caused delays and players were pressured to have shorter warm-ups. Since no courts were availed for practice, players should be allowed 10min to warm up to avoid injuries. In 2 of my matches, I was called upon to start playing after 6min warm ups. Thirdly, not enough courts were availed on Saturday due to courts allocated for Social tennis for the club. When booking venues from clubs, it should be preferable that the whole centre is availed for the tournament, just like clubs suspend Social tennis during club champs. Thank you for hosting such a nice tournament.
